Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic alliance with patients to encourage open communication and facilitate healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals within the detoxification process, encompassing adolescents and adults grappling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. It is crucial to approach each client with empathy and understanding, tailoring your therapeutic strategies to address their specific challenges while promoting recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a closely related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of mental healthcare, providing therapeutic and counseling services to diverse populations.

• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines governing mental health practices.
