Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge client needs and strengths, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving measurable therapeutic goals and fostering personal growth.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to suit client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously to uphold ethical standards and to ensure effective ongoing treatment.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with fellow therapists to enhance clinical skills and foster professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range in age and background, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will work with individuals across various demographics, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet diverse cultural needs and personal experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) to provide clinical mental health counseling.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing empathy, respect, and active listening.

• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team member.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage caseload and client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a teletherapy setting is preferred, but not required.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client records.

• Demonstrated ability in crisis intervention and behavioral management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management. This role comes with additional benefits, including:
