Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, gathering pertinent information to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Engage clients in collaborative discussions to set therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.

• Utilize technology platforms to provide teletherapy services, addressing clients who may prefer virtual sessions due to accessibility issues or personal preference.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring all client interactions are documented appropriately.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, attending workshops and training to stay informed on emerging mental health practices and enhance your clinical competency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Clients come from various backgrounds, providing a rich array of perspectives and experiences and allowing you to apply a variety of therapeutic approaches while remaining sensitive to cultural differences and individual histories.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license in Illinois as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proven ability to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.

• Ability to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks, exhibiting strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
