Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in cultivating self-awareness, reducing anxiety, and improving coping strategies effectively.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to enhance emotional regulation and overall mental well-being.

• Design and lead group workshops focusing on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience, fostering a community of support among clients.

• Document client progress meticulously, ensuring all mindfulness interventions and treatment plans are recorded in compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise. Additional benefits include:
