Work Environment\n

The successful candidate will work in a remote setting, providing services to clients through virtual platforms while maintaining the essential human connection critical for effective therapy. This full-time role operates within a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering work-life balance and the opportunity to engage in client-focused care without the constraints of traditional office space.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, to clients seeking stress reduction, relaxation, and enhanced well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to fit their unique needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to enhance self-awareness, promote emotional regulation, and reduce anxiety.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops on mindfulness practices and effective strategies for stress management and resilience building.

• Incorporate mindfulness approaches into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns, helping clients navigate through issues such as anxiety, depression, and emotional distress.

• Work collaboratively with a team of therapists and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic treatment approach that integrates mindfulness into broader therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
