Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting, allowing therapists to conduct virtual sessions via telehealth. Our standard work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility needed based on client availability and requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring adherence to established clinical guidelines.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, ensuring all client information is handled with the utmost professionalism.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults and adolescents struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
