Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform detailed clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to the client's circumstances.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all client documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop holistic care strategies for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at refining treatment approaches and enhancing care quality.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment avenues, and relevant community resources available for additional support.

• Regularly update your knowledge of the latest therapies and research in the mental health field to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
