Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations, establishing a strong rapport with clients to identify their mental health needs accurately.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that are grounded in evidence-based practices, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to deliver therapy to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate care that addresses the holistic needs of clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients experiencing acute distress receive care and guidance during emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives that promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma within the community.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Proven ability to establish trust and rapport with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on trauma-informed care.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple caseloads while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n
