Key Responsibilities\n

• Design, implement, and manage individualized clinical treatment programs for members experiencing acute and chronic mental health issues, ensuring alignment with both client needs and organizational goals.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, prepare and maintain detailed treatment plans, and document case summaries while adhering to state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Provide one-on-one and group outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Participate in interdisciplinary staff conferences to collaboratively select, plan, and evaluate treatment programs, fostering a team-oriented approach to mental health care.

• Engage in collaboration with medical professionals for the evaluation and monitoring of psychotropic medications, ensuring safe and effective treatment regimens for clients.

• Offer guidance and education to clients' families on treatment plans and strategies for supporting loved ones’ mental health journeys, fostering greater understanding and acceptance of therapeutic processes.

• Provide supervision to Post Master’s Fellows or Associate-level clinicians, if you have completed the necessary supervision course requirements, cultivating the next generation of mental health professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing culturally sensitive care to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing distinct mental health challenges. You will work with families who seek support dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse, enabling them to achieve better mental health outcomes and improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Must hold an active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnostic criteria, therapeutic modalities, and the ethical/legal aspects of mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing outpatient therapy, particularly in a remote context, is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms that facilitate efficient client engagement and documentation.

• Prior experience supervising trainees or less experienced clinicians is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and case load, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
