Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health concerns and determine suitable treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions, tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Perform mental health screenings to evaluate patient needs and inform ongoing treatment approaches.

• Establish and nurture trusting therapeutic relationships with clients to support their emotional and psychological well-being.

• Engage actively with clients by listening to their goals and concerns to develop targeted therapeutic interventions.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices and are aligned with client goals.

• Schedule regular therapy sessions to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Contribute to team initiatives by participating in case discussions and performing other related tasks as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse array of clients, including individuals with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to work with clients facing co-occurring disorders and those seeking support for substance abuse, as well as offering family therapy and group sessions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW) in accordance with Washington state regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience providing counseling services to individuals experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience in individual and group therapy, particularly with populations facing substance abuse issues or co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of counseling theories, techniques, and the latest practices in individual and family counseling.

• Familiarity with current counseling trends and the ability to adapt approaches based on emerging best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
