Work Environment\n

In this entirely remote role, you will utilize telehealth technology to connect with clients, conduct assessments, and deliver therapeutic interventions. Our telehealth setting enhances accessibility for our patients and allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional and effective therapeutic relationship. Our workweek runs from Monday to Friday, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required based on patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, addressing issues in one-on-one and group settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that aim to educate participants about mental health and foster community and belonging.

• Collaboratively consult with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, applying best practices for patient safety and stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, community resources, and strategies for promoting resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress according to ethical and legal requirements.

• Participate proactively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to share insights and improve practice.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy, integrating applicable findings into clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
