Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population consists of individuals facing a range of challenges, including co-occurring disorders like anxiety and depression alongside chronic medical conditions such as autoimmune diseases and substance use disorders. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping these individuals navigate their complexities toward improved mental and physical health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on building empathetic relationships.
