Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Sun River Behavioral Services, you will work primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Your expertise will contribute to facilitating healthier coping mechanisms and improving emotional resilience in clients of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Applicants must possess an independent license as either a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong proficiency in completing progress notes efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a remote counseling setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health setting or working with diverse client populations is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
