Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth sessions for clients, utilizing video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Skype for effective engagement.

• Address sub-clinical issues including work-related stress, procrastination, and work-life balance to enhance clients' day-to-day experiences.

• Guide clients in setting achievable personal and professional goals, fostering their journey toward improved self-esteem and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with our internal clinical team by providing insights and recommendations for program enhancements, facilitating continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, maintaining compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license in your respective state or jurisdiction as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Minimum of two years of documented experience working with individuals facing emotional difficulties.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
