Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work, enabling you to serve clients from the comfort of your home or preferred workspace. Our team operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. As part of our outpatient service delivery model, you will connect with clients through telehealth platforms, conducting individual and group therapy sessions designed for their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement mindfulness-based interventions, such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to promote relaxation and improved mental health for individual clients.

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying key stressors and personal goals to inform tailored therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Lead clients in various mindfulness practices, including meditation, breathing techniques, and self-reflection exercises, aiming to cultivate greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.

• Facilitate interactive group workshops and classes that focus on mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and strategies for building resilience.
\n
• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create cohesive treatment plans that incorporate mindfulness within a broader therapeutic context.

• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.

• Engage in your own personal mindfulness practice and professional development to continually enhance your expertise and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, and those seeking personal growth through mindfulness practices. You will develop tailored therapeutic approaches that resonate with diverse backgrounds and life experiences, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for every client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure in California as either an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic interventions to enhance client outcomes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to create a calming and supportive therapeutic atmosphere.

Preferred Experience\n

• Extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or related mindfulness practices is highly desirable.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for conducting therapy sessions, with an understanding of best practices for remote counseling.

• A strong background in facilitating group therapy and workshops, particularly in mindfulness or stress management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually.
