Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and clinical evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide knowledgeable, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Engage in crisis intervention activities, providing immediate support and stabilizing clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives, helping raise awareness about mental health and service accessibility.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Required education includes a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
