Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a wide range of approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination, effectively communicating updates and progress for each client.

• Providing crisis intervention and support, utilizing effective de-escalation strategies for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Promoting mental health awareness through community outreach and educational workshops, helping to destigmatize mental health issues and foster a greater understanding of available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on serving a diverse client base, including individuals from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. You will be addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must:

• Hold an active and valid license in one of the following areas: Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with the capability to establish rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Show cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Maintain strong organizational skills and time management abilities to ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Although not mandatory, applicants with experience in providing teletherapy services or those who have worked with specific populations, such as children or underserved communities, will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth platforms is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
