Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at St Paul Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges such as substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to implement culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic practices, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• At least four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with an emphasis on diverse patient populations.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR) systems and other computer applications relevant to the role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
