This position is rooted in a flexible remote work structure, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. While individual and group therapy sessions may occur remotely via secure telehealth platforms, the role also provides opportunities for direct interaction with clients in our outpatient facility. Our center operates seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, giving you the ability to tailor your schedule to fit your lifestyle while ensuring comprehensive care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and personal empowerment.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to help clients process and cope with their trauma, while fostering community and shared resilience.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely assistance in their time of need.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, healthy coping mechanisms, and resources available for further support.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities focusing on trauma-informed care techniques.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
