Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and identify suitable treatment modalities.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who are trauma survivors, including those experiencing symptoms associated with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, Psychologist, or LMFT in Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years post-licensure clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a strong emphasis on trauma treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
