Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions individually and in group settings, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards governing mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
