Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, ensuring evidence-based practices are consistently utilized.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using solution-focused and cognitive behavioral techniques to promote client insights and skills development.

• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively to deliver virtual sessions, maintaining professional standards of care and confidentiality.

• Offer crisis intervention support for clients as needed, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate risk assessment strategies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest mental health best practices, attending workshops and training relevant to your areas of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, substance use issues, and more. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, demanding a tailored therapeutic approach that respects their individuality and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and connection with clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.

• A record free of disciplinary actions against your license, showcasing professionalism and ethical practice.
