This position is remote, with opportunities for occasional in-office collaboration in our outpatient facilities. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, drawing on various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Person-Centered Therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals in case meetings to create comprehensive care strategies and address complex client issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and compassion to stabilize acute situations and create safety plans.

Qualifications\n
