Work Environment\n

This role offers a completely remote work setting, combining flexibility with the ability to engage directly with clients through effective virtual therapy sessions. You will enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. As part of our outpatient office, you will utilize advanced telehealth technology and electronic health record systems to provide care efficiently and maintain quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' needs and create tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Use evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups focusing on common mental health issues to foster community support among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment continuity.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support to patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate patients about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a high level of professional integrity.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
