Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to effectively evaluate patient needs, identifying challenges and formulating personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to individual patient situations.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational workshops and support groups, empowering patients through shared experiences and fostering community connections.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and patient-centered care.

• Administer crisis intervention services for patients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy sessions are designed around a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Therapists will be tasked with providing culturally competent care, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each patient. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
