Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify specific needs and potential treatment pathways.

• Implement evidence-informed individual and family therapy tailored to the presenting challenges of patients.
\n
• Manage documentation duties, including the completion of billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in compliance with timelines and regulatory standards.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis intervention strategies, including crisis plans and safety plans, to ensure patient stability and safety.
\n
• Foster mental wellness through the creation of relapse prevention plans and personalized wellness initiatives.
\n
• Craft detailed discharge plans that support a seamless transition for clients moving out of active treatment.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
\n
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, clinical supervision, and participation in case consultations and agency meetings.
\n
• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training requirements to uphold the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse demographic of clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise in culturally responsive therapy will ensure that all patients receive personalized care that respects their unique backgrounds and experiences, empowering them on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field that meets licensure requirements.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of Nevada, with credentials such as LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy practices is highly beneficial.

• Previous work with diverse populations and complex cases would be advantageous.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Foothill Mental Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, dependent on your licensure and experience. Our benefits package includes:
