Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to the unique needs of each client seeking to alleviate stress and improve overall mental well-being.

• Perform initial client assessments to identify critical stressors, challenges, and therapy goals, using structured frameworks to inform the delivery of mindfulness practices.

• Guide individuals through various mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques, aiming to foster self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops that cover mindfulness practices, stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies, helping clients connect and grow together.

• Incorporate mindfulness methodologies into individual therapy sessions to effectively address clients' mental health concerns, thereby supporting their overall progress and therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
