Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer mindfulness-based interventions such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help clients effectively manage stress and anxiety.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, psychological challenges, and personal goals, creating tailored mindfulness practices to support their journey.

• Lead individual sessions and group workshops focusing on mindfulness techniques, meditation, and mindful breathing exercises aimed at enhancing emotional regulation and self-awareness.

• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately, ensuring compliance with telehealth standards and ethical guidelines while maintaining confidentiality.

• Foster a calm and supportive therapeutic atmosphere, encouraging clients to openly discuss their experiences and feelings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other therapists and healthcare providers, to enhance comprehensive care strategies and improve patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including personal mindfulness practices, to deepen your understanding and application of MBSR and other therapeutic approaches.

Your clients will include individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Many clients seek to improve their mental resilience and overall quality of life through the promotion of mindfulness. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCISW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness into clinical practice and therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mental Oasis Mental and Wellness Center offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
