Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, tailoring individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Provide therapeutic support through individual, group, and family therapy sessions using various methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary professionals, ensuring a coordinated approach to client care that addresses all aspects of mental and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
