Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis plans and risk assessments.

• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to identify client needs effectively.

• Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in collaboration with other team members.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to help maintain a high standard of care.

• Serve as a liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance care coordination.

• Establish and nurture effective communication channels with stakeholders to meet organizational standards and support community integration.

• Build and maintain partnerships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote services and secure additional funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and serving as a representative of our agency.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring responsiveness to dynamic organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we offer:
