Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, diagnoses, and treatment needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes that use evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions, utilizing techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Respond to mental health crises quickly by offering immediate support and intervention strategies to clients in distress.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including intake forms, treatment progress notes, and updates in adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, attending case consultations to enhance client care strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment options and available community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops and conferences to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience, providing therapeutic services to clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus to newly hired therapists!
