Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the specific needs and goals of your patients, setting the stage for personalized care plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that provide clients a platform to share experiences, as well as learn coping strategies and skills in a supportive community.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring cohesive and effective treatment strategies for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients facing mental health emergencies, demonstrating your ability to respond promptly and compassionately during critical moments.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, treatment options, self-care strategies, and the benefits of available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, who present with various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of Massachusetts.

• Proficient understanding of a range of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
\n
• Demonstrated competence in conducting detailed mental health assessments and crafting collaborative treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
