Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine the mental health status and individual needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on assisting adults from varied backgrounds facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current licensing in mental health counseling, such as (LICSW) , (LMHC) , (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients.
\n
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards diverse client experiences.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle caseload expectations.
\n
• No disciplinary actions or significant legal issues on the license board.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy to a diverse adult population, particularly in outpatient settings.
