Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure telehealth video platforms, ensuring ethical and compassionate care.

• Employ evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to empower clients during their therapeutic journey.

• Assess clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique struggles and goals.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, utilizing therapeutic techniques to help them develop healthier coping strategies.

• Provide clients with insights that foster personal growth, emotional understanding, and improved interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client demographic consists of low acuity, stable adults who are seeking guidance and support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Our therapists play a pivotal role in enhancing clients’ self-awareness and equipping them with the skills to manage their mental health effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A clean professional record without any limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions against your practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong computer literacy, capable of effectively using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in trauma-informed care or working with diverse populations is highly valued.

• Familiarity with telehealth technology and virtual counseling practices.

• Clinical experience beyond supervised practice, with a history of effectively managing a caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, based on your working hours and experience level. Additional compensation benefits include:
