Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patient histories and tailor appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions to assist patients in processing trauma, constructing coping strategies, and achieving personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and target support for patients in trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available support resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and develop best practices based on current research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LICSW , LMHC , or LMFT .
\n
• A deep understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
\n
• Experience in providing trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

• Strong ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

• A readiness to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, particularly those with a focus on trauma care. Familiarity with clinical best practices in trauma therapy will be advantageous in providing comprehensive care to our clients.
