This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a constant connection with patients through telehealth services. Although the core work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some variation may be needed to accommodate patient care requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to better understand patients' histories and to establish effective treatment strategies.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and foster personal growth.

• Engage in collaborative care by working alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for patients.

• Respond to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, resources available for assistance, and effective coping strategies to utilize outside of the therapy session.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives focused on trauma-informed care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily involve working with diverse patient populations who have experienced a wide range of traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a relevant mental health setting.

• Extensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders and various trauma-informed therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience with delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
