This full-time role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured routine. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of adjusted hours to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to understand patients’ unique trauma histories and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in individual and group settings.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to provide integrated patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients have access to timely assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who have experienced trauma, including those dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. These individuals often require tailored therapeutic approaches that honor their personal experiences and address their specific psychological, emotional, and social needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, ideally focusing on trauma treatment.
