Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate individual trauma histories and establish effective treatment strategies for each patient.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, incorporating best practices and therapeutic techniques like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to explore their experiences, enhance coping skills, and work towards healing.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure comprehensive, integrated care that addresses the various needs of patients.

Qualifications\n
