Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the backgrounds and needs of your patients, helping to tailor effective treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on restoring well-being and resilience, including the use of evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at processing trauma, developing practical coping strategies, and encouraging healing.

• Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions, offering immediate support to patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses and accessible coping mechanisms, empowering them with tools to navigate their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced trauma, including those coping with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. You will play a vital role in helping clients process their experiences, fostering a support system that promotes healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of trauma-informed therapeutic approaches and resilience-building techniques.

• Demonstrable experience implementing trauma-focused therapies and supporting clients through their recovery journeys.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on demonstrating empathy and non-judgmental care.

• The ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

• A collaborative team spirit, with a commitment to working effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
