Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to help clients achieve stress relief and enhanced well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ unique challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to meet their needs.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to facilitate self-awareness, emotional equilibrium, and stress management.

• Lead group workshops and classes focusing on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building exercises tailored to support community needs.

• Incorporate mindfulness into individual therapy sessions, addressing diverse mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow therapists and healthcare practitioners to create a comprehensive treatment plan that integrates mindfulness with other therapeutic methodologies.

Our clientele may range from young adults to older adults, each with their distinct backgrounds and experiences requiring thoughtful, personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
