Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that prioritize their unique goals and challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary colleagues to facilitate coordinated care, ensuring that each client receives comprehensive support tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention as required, utilizing your clinical expertise to offer immediate support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

• Engage in community outreach programs, contributing to initiatives aimed at educating the public about mental health, reducing stigma, and increasing awareness of available services.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
