Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based evaluation techniques to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, promoting better health outcomes.

• Proactively engage in crisis intervention strategies, offering immediate support and guidance to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse client base, including individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master's degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at forming strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence, effectively engaging with a range of population demographics.

• Possess strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation and manage time effectively across caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient settings with knowledge of therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
