This role is fully remote, allowing you to deliver care to clients in a flexible and accessible manner from the comfort of your own home, while also benefiting from the collaborative support of our outpatient office team in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a range of methodologies including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including case managers and psychiatrists to ensure the provision of coordinated and holistic care.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during acute situations, taking swift actions to address clients' immediate mental health crises.

• Participate in community outreach efforts, facilitating educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. This position emphasizes sensitivity and cultural competence to effectively address unique challenges and support each client’s healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients quickly.

• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.

• Strong organizational skills required to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up with clients.
