Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and patients. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of adjusted hours to meet patient demands. As part of a cohesive team, you will engage in case reviews and team meetings through virtual platforms, ensuring that all therapists remain connected and supportive of one another.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that account for cultural factors and personal histories, laying the groundwork for personalized treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), effectively adjusting approaches as necessary based on client backgrounds.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on fostering resilience and improving clients' mental wellness and coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive, integrated care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and resource availability.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, self-care strategies, and available community resources to empower their treatment journey.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential documentation per legal standards while integrating notes into our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case conferences, workshops, and trainings that enhance cultural competency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
