Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, including crisis intervention and behavioral guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards by completing all required paperwork in a timely manner.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to accurately assess client conditions.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of positive behavior support plans, working collaboratively with inter-disciplinary teams.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and service systems, enhancing the network of support available to clients.

• Foster effective communication with stakeholders to meet contract standards while promoting the agency’s mission in the community.

• Develop relationships with local and state organizations to advocate for services and explore collaboration opportunities.

• Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and engaging in community advocacy efforts related to mental health.

Qualifications\n
