Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments tailored to the specific needs of older adults, considering cognitive, social, and emotional factors.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide individual and family therapy sessions, focusing on strategies to manage geriatric psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, and dementia-related issues.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and assist them in navigating available community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Strong knowledge base in geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
