Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort and safety of your home while reaching clients across Springfield, Massachusetts. You will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, utilizing advanced technology and tools to deliver seamless mental health counseling. Our organization prioritizes work-life balance, deploying a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which promotes both professional and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using telehealth technology, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor and assess clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals as necessary.

• Empower caregivers with resources and strategies to manage behavioral health challenges, fostering a supportive environment for those they care for.

• Identify and address behaviors that may hinder clients’ recovery by utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques and other therapeutic methods.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Our clients range from young adults to older adults and are often navigating significant life transitions. Your ability to provide culturally competent care and understand the unique backgrounds of each client will enhance their therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
