Sunrise Spring Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our dynamic team in providing high-quality outpatient mental health services. This full-time position is remotely based but is integrated into the practices of a well-established outpatient psychiatric clinic located in Springfield, Massachusetts. As a mental health therapist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals, couples, and families toward improved emotional well-being and mental resilience.

Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining essential connections with our outpatient facility. Standard working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility expected to accommodate client schedules and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments through interviews, observation, and standardized assessment tools to identify and understand patients’ needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational sessions that promote mental wellness, develop coping strategies, and provide a community of support for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and provide immediate support during times of acute mental health crises.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive and cohesive patient care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's treatment are addressed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while also contributing to quality assurance initiatives within the practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending case consultations, workshops, and staying current with advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve interacting and providing care to a diverse client population that includes individuals from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. Our clients range from adolescent to adult age groups, often seeking assistance for complex psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and create effective treatment frameworks.

• Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on establishing rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
