Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be considered.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for building rapport with clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate the digital workspace effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and caseload. Additional benefits include:
