Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently in New York State, including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No previous disciplinary actions or provisional licenses will be accepted.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in technology and computer applications relevant to therapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empowerment Psychology Care Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
